The Data Controller ("Level up" or "the Data Controller") collects, decides on the methods and means of processing personal data. In addition, it appoints its employees, collaborators, and suppliers to process your personal data, instructing them on how to process it according to the respective agreements. 2. TRACKING: TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

These are automatically stored on the browsing device, as they are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website. The legal basis is found in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in processing for the transmission of communication over an electronic network and in the contractual fulfillment of providing the service requested by the user.

Among the technical cookies, the Data Protection Authority also includes:

2.2. NAVIGATION DATA ON THE WEBSITE

The website has been developed using the specific service provided by Wix.com, Inc., which first collects your personal data and has received a specific assignment for this purpose.

Accessing the website involves the acquisition of navigation data, implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These data include, for example: IP addresses or domain names of computers and/or other tools used by users who connect to the website; numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.); other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.

2.3. DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY

When you decide to contact us to use our services, you voluntarily provide your common identifying personal data (your name and surname, organization you work for, contact details, images), which will be acquired by Level Up to provide you with the service you request according to the methods described in this policy.

  • paper media and/or computer media;

  • the website with a specific contact form and chat (name and surname and email). If not sent, it will not be possible to provide the service;

  • collaboration agreements;

  • at events organized in collaboration with Level Up (for example, festivals organized with schools) with any subsequent publication and dissemination on paper media, the company's website, social networks.

The purposes of the processing differ depending on the service requested, exemplified and not exhaustive:

  • execution of the requested service and execution of the agreement or contractual relationship (provision of training courses; sale of products; interventions at schools or training institutions);

  • development of a historical memory of events and company activities with the use of periodic historical publications;

  • compliance with legal, administrative, and accounting obligations related to the request for user services;

  • sending commercial communications related to the analysis of interests and personal information or habits or consumption choices (subject to the data subject's consent);

  • information and promotion of activities (subject to the data subject's consent);

  • prevention of fraud and/or abuse to the detriment of Level Up or protection from any claims due to the use of the services provided;

  • management of applications.

The legal basis differs depending on the service requested. They can be limited to the following:

  • legitimate interest of the data controller in processing the data until the contractual agreement or similar is concluded;

  • contractual performance in accordance with the agreements for the provision of the service;

  • data subject's consent.

3. PLUG-INS AND TOOLS

Level Up's data protection information does not apply to products, services, applications, websites, or social media functions from third-party providers, accessible through links offered for informational purposes. By using these links, the user leaves the Data Controller's website and it is therefore possible that personal information may be collected by or transmitted to third parties. Level Up has no influence on third-party sites and does not provide any guarantees regarding the data protection procedures they use. We invite the user to read and examine the privacy policies of all sites with which they may interact before authorizing them to collect, process, and use their personal data.

This website uses the YouTube integration features offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you interact with a YouTube video, the system stores information about the video you watched and links it to your YouTube user profile, if you are logged in. This information may be processed by YouTube for advertising purposes, market research, and/or designing its website to meet user needs. This information may be processed according to YouTube's privacy policy.

This website uses the Google Maps integration features offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you interact with a Google Maps map within our website, Google stores information about the user and links it to your Google user profile, if you are logged in. This information may be processed by Google for the purposes listed in Google's privacy policy.

3.3. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM

The personal data provided by you are stored in the company archives for the period necessary to achieve the indicated purpose(s) and, if necessary for compliance with contractual, tax, and legal obligations for the period provided by the local applicable regulations.

In particular, at any time the data subject may exercise the rights recognized by the privacy regulations. By way of example, without being exhaustive:

Right to information and access: right to obtain information about the processing of your data and access to it, obtaining a copy of the processing.

Right to rectification: right to obtain the modification and integration of data in cases where they are inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to be forgotten: right to deletion of data and withdrawal of consent.

Right to restriction of processing: which allows temporary or permanent suspension of processing, with data storage by the Data Controller.

Right to data portability: right to the transfer of personal data, i.e., to have the data transferred to the data subject or transferred to another controller/processor for further processing.

Right to object: you can object to processing for reasons related to the data subject's particular situation, to be specified in the request.

Automated decision-making concerning individuals, including profiling: no use is made of automated decision-making processes.
